CHAKRA ENERGY EXPLAINED
The word ‘Chakra’ derives from the Sanskrit meaning ‘wheel’ and literally translated from Hindi tradition it means ‘wheel of spinning energy’. The 7 major chakras are energy centres that connect your spiritual body to your physical body and are like a whirling vortex of energy, they are your powerhouse of energy that governs your physical body. When a body is in good health and alignment each of the 7 chakras are working in unison to provide the right balance of energy for every part of the body, mind and spirit.

MEDITATION
There are many styles of meditation and over the years I have experienced many of them. For a long time I chose the visualisation travelling out of my body and I found that this wasn't bringing me what I was searching for. Going outside of ourselves, searching for answers is going in the wrong direction, because everything that we need is within us. During the process of channelling my Chi Jewellery I was shown the method of going within using the energy from the Circle of Life and Diamond to connect with my Divine Self. I have been practising this method every morning for the past 10 years and I would like to share these with you here.
MINDFULNESS
Mindfulness is a technique you can learn which involves making a special effort to notice what's happening in the present moment (in your mind, body and surroundings) – without judging anything. It has roots in Buddhism and meditation, but you don't have to be spiritual, or have any particular beliefs, to try it. Being aware of your thoughts in each moment helps to bring a state of inner peace.

CRYSTAL ENERGY
Crystals are minerals that have formed underground from three-dimensional repeating patterns of atoms. There are many types of crystal and each has its own appearance depending upon its natural characteristic of its type. They come in all shapes and sizes and size isn't the leading factor when it comes to power. Some crystals like the Lemurian can be millions of years old.
