RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. Complete the Returns/Exchange Form.
  2. Each item must be returned in its original condition and must not have been worn (unless faulty).
  3. Please safely pack the item with enough padding to protect during shipping. Items must be in original packaging with proof of purchase.
  4. If you received any free items with your purchase these must also be returned.
  5. Postage is to be paid by sender through recorded delivery and you will need to keep your proof of postage. Please note that we cannot be held liable for any items which go missing in the post and do not reach us.

It’s our desire that you are entirely happy with your Global Soul Chi Jewellery purchase, but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied or have simply changed your mind and would like a refund or to exchange your item then please complete this form. Please ensure that you complete all sections including contact details, should we need to get in touch by phone or email. Our returns address is on the form.

We are happy to refund or exchange within 21 days of purchase. Please note that refunds will be for the cost of the item and will not include postage that was paid at time of purchase.

PLEASE ensure that you use the form stating your reasons for return or exchange, not doing so will delay the process. When we receive the item/s and are satisfied with the condition and reason for return, we will start the refund or exchange process which can take up to 7 working days of receipt. Refund of payment will be processed using the same form of payment and account originally used for the purchase.

Please note: Items being returned for exchange will incur a postage fee to send the new item to you. A member of our team will contact you to arrange payment for postage of your new item.
